Provider Call escalation

If there are multiple providers on for a shift, there can be an escalation process. Someone takes first call when a pt comes in and will be alerted first and then it will go down the list, until someone picks up the patient. Instead of the uber modle where everyone on call gets alerted that a patient is in queue.

    Would this also be if we want 1 provider to fill up before the next to be notified (on demand) or able to be scheduled?
